奥特莱特富龙高温带复合机通过上下两条耐热防粘特氟龙传送带进行连续传送,在设备内部完成材料贴合。由于多根压力辊,强大的加热系统以及可调高度以达到加热区域完美贴合材料,适用于各类高强度材料如碳纤维、芳纶纤维等,其后进入冷却区来增加复合材料的牢固度。
Autoline Teflon High Temperature Belt Laminating Machine carries out continuous transmission through two upper and lower heat-resistant and anti-adhesive Teflon conveyor belts, and completes material lamination inside the equipment. Due to multiple pressure rollers, powerful heating system and adjustable height, the heating area can perfectly fit the material. It is suitable for all kinds of high-strength materials such as carbon fiber, aramid fiber, etc., and then enters the cooling zone to increase the firmness of the composite material.
